Account Deletion Request Process

Thank you for using our mobile application on the Google Play Store. Your privacy is important to us, and we want to ensure that you have control over your personal data. If you wish to request the deletion of your account and associated data, please follow the steps below:

Send an email to info@rewarty.com from the email address associated with your account. Please include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

Include Necessary Information:

In your email, clearly state your intention to delete your account.

Provide your app username and any additional details that can help us identify your account.

Data Deletion Process:

Upon receiving your email, we will verify your request and proceed with the deletion of your account and associated data.

The following types of data will be deleted:

Email address

Phone number

Restaurant preferences

Order amounts

Gender information

Birthday date

Name surname

We will retain the data for 30 days after the account deletion process is initiated for security and auditing purposes. After this period, the data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
